If you register for your conference via the Internet, please follow the online instructions at applicant.tamu.edu to select your conference date. Registering for a conference online allows you the convenience of knowing immediately whether or not you have received your requested conference date. If you are using the New Student Conference registration card to respond, indicate your conference preferences using the corresponding conference number listed in the table below. Every effort will be made to honor one of your requested onference dates; however, if all of your conference selections have been filled when you accept your offer of admission and return your New Student Conference registration card, you will be assigned to the first available conference.
In choosing your conference dates, please know that if you plan to enroll at Texas A&M for a summer term, you must select the May 26-27 or June 25-26 conference. All four of the Transfer New Student Conference options will provide students with access to the same program content. However, transfer students seeking a more traditional New Student Conference experience can select either the June 25-26 or July 20-21 New Student Conference. Selecting either of these dates will allow students to participate in optional evening programs that focus on campus life, Aggie spirit and traditions, and provide opportunities for peer interaction.
The Office of New Student Programs and our Aggie Orientation Leaders look forward to seeing you at your New Student Conference. You will need to register online for your New Student Conference by the deadline indicated in your registration brochure. Registration deadlines are listed on important dates page. Please follow the instructions you received via email and mail carefully.
