NSC Registration

The Office of New Student Prorgams has designed your New Student Conference to give new students an opportunity to learn more about Texas A&M University services and resources, get a sense of the social culture on campus and schedule classes. We believe that success during your first semester will set the tone for your future.

The Office of New Student Programs and our Aggie Orientation Leaders look forward to seeing you at your New Student Conference. You will need to register online for your New Student Conference by the deadline indicated in your registration brochure. Registration deadlines are listed on important dates page. Please follow the instructions you received via email and mail carefully.

NSC Online Registration Dates*

  Summer/Fall 2010 Admits
Freshman Students January 15 - May 1
Transfer Students April - July 1 (Summer Session I admits must register by May 15)

Step 1: Review the New Student Conference Brochure before selecting your conference date.

Step 2:  Register online at http://applicant.tamu.edu.  You will need your NetID and Password. 

  • This will take you to the OARAIS page where you can view you application information
  • You can view your admissions decision on this page and proceed with accepting your offer of admission and registering for a New Student Conference if applicable.

If you are still unable to register, please contact the Office of Admissions and Records by email or by phone at 979-845-2636, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

Note for students who are not a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident: All students at Texas A&M University who are neither a U.S. Citizen nor a U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident are considered to be an international student. New international students must make arrangements to attend the mandatory New International Student Check-In and Orientation programs coordinated by the International Student Services (ISS) office.
