New Student Conference Accomodations

The Department of Residence Life invites you and your family members to stay in on-campus conference housing. The unique opportunity of staying in an on-campus residence hall during your New Student Conferences offers a meaningful experience for all new students. You will have an opportunity to join the Aggie Network and meet new classmates from all over the globe. Conference housing is conveniently located near conference session locations.

For your added comfort, you should consider bringing items such as a cell phone, mattress pads, travel alarm clocks, blankets, and pillows to use during your stay. Bed linen and towels are provided, but you may want to bring your own items, as rooms are very basic. There are only two twin beds per room. Cots or baby beds can not be provided.   Each modular style room has a private bathroom. Conference housing is not available for May or August Conferences.

Room Rates

Housing cost will be billed to the student’s account, after the student and their family have checked out of housing.  Cost for housing is NOT included in the conference registration fee.  All rates subject to change.  If you have questions, contact us at (979) 845-9381.
