For students, the non-refundable Conference fee of $100 is required to secure your place in a conference.
Each adult (18 and up) family member or guest who wishes to attend must register online and pay the $25 conference charge ($10 meal-only charge for 17 and under family members). Registration for family members is a separate process than the student registration and does not include housing, parking or other expenses. If family members do not register online in advance, on-site registration will be available at conference check-in at a cost of $35 per adult family member.
Other Estimated Expenses During Your Conference
|On-campus Conference Housing: ~$12.50-$25/person/night (each room accommodates 2 people, if double requested; on campus housing charges for the NSC are applied to the student’s subsequent semester tuition and fees) *On Campus Conference housing is only available for conferences held between May 29 and July 18.|
|Off-campus Hotel/Motel: ~$55-145+/room/night (You are responsible for your own reservations, costs and transportation.)|
|“On your Own” meal costs vary. There will be several dining facilities open on campus that typically range in cost from $6-$10 per person for an average lunch.
