Information for new¬†Undergraduate¬†International Students
- International Student Services (ISS) Check-In:Any Texas A&M University student who is not a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident is considered to be an international student. All new international students are blocked from course registration through an ISS Check-In registration hold. The ISS Check-In registration hold is removed by ISS once the student has completed specific requirements, outlined on the ISS¬†Check-In Students may also visit the¬†ISS Registration Holds¬†webpage for information about how to have other common registration holds removed.
- International Student Conference: International Student Services (ISS) is pleased to announce its International Student Conference (ISC) will take place at the Memorial Student Center (MSC) on the Texas A&M University Campus. The purpose of this conference is to bring together international students, guests, faculty, and staff. This conference is not mandatory however it is highly encouraged that you attend.
The conference will feature informational sessions and a resource fair including on and off campus services applicable to international student needs. Best of all, the conference is FREE to attend. Refreshments will be provided, and AWESOME door prizes will be given away! Specific information about this event, including the date, time, location, and a schedule of events can be found on the ISS¬†International Student Conference website, or you can email ISS at¬†email@example.com¬†to obtain more information.
