Understanding when and how you’ll connect with your academic unit is an important part of your NSC experience. The schedule and format for this meeting depend on whether you’re attending a 1-day or 2-day conference. College block sessions are a core part of your New Student Conference experience, designed to help you connect with your academic college, meet advisors, and receive important information about degree planning and campus resources. These sessions provide a welcoming environment for you to ask questions and learn what to expect as you begin your academic journey at Texas A&M.

College Communication

In the days leading up to your New Student Conference, you will receive direct communication from your academic college to your Texas A&M Gmail. These messages contain essential details such as your schedule, check-in instructions, family/guest participation, and what to bring.
