NSC Dates & Schedules

Not all colleges participate in each New Student Conference. When logging into the Applicant Information System (AIS) to accept your offer of admission and register for an NSC, dates shown are based on your college's participation and seats available. When all seats are filled, the NSC date is no longer shown as an option in AIS.

Day 1 will start at 7:45 a.m. and end around 5 p.m. Students joining the Corps of Cadets may need to stay past 5:00 p.m.

Day 2 will start at 8:30 a.m., unless college/school communicated differently, with the student's academic college. The rest of Day 2's schedule is up to each individual college. Please be on the lookout for communication from your academic college about Day 2 details closer to your NSC dates. Registration will start at 2 p.m. for transfer students and 2:30 p.m. for freshman students and you should plan to stay until 5 p.m. However, most students finish registration sooner than 5 p.m.

Freshman and transfer dates are outlined below. Freshman NSC dates are only open to Freshman students and Transfer NSC dates are only open to transfer students.

All students must register in person on Day 2 of their NSC with their academic advisors. We advise that you plan your travel accordingly (i.e. if you are coming from out-of-state, we advise giving yourself a comfortable time cushion between the end of registration and departure time.)
